The applicants Archibald & Brown Law Firm, Caeli Lovell (lawyer), Leslie Venville (lawyer) who have joined with their clients Gary Owen (Zoom Blooms), Thomas Hegarty (Ready Flowers) and Harvey Rough (Ready Flowers) in suing for defamation, produced an AFFIDAVIT that failed to swear that what I published was false.

I (Gordon Craven the respondent) produced an affidavit (the injunction prohibits publication) swearing the truth of what I published

Knowingly swearing a false matter in an affidavit is perjury.

The result was this temporary injunction made on 1 July 2009 :

At 6-30am on 3 July 2009, despite having received the above injunction and disabling the websites at 5-00pm on 2 July, a process server was vigorously ringing the bell and honking the car horn in order to serve the (already published) above document. A camera was pointed at the process server who said, "I don't appreciate having my photo taken" to which I replied, "it's all part of your job" to which the process server said, "I don't think so" and took off like a rabbit.
